Back Already

It's been only 6 or 7 weeks since I sent an email so there's not too much to cover but here it is. 

I talked about in my last email that I was training a new missionary as well as opening a new ward/area-ish. Fast forward to now and I am in the same area and still training Elder Kupu (when I have time).

Last email I talked about how we were just trying to build our teaching pool and get used to the new area. Now we have 2 friends on date to be baptized! 1 friend is named Marian who is set to be baptized May 31st. She's dope. She has loved everything about the church and is excited for her date. Shes a part of the “Red Hat Society of Sisters” and after each lesson i feel like I AM ALSO part of the Red Hat Society of Sisters from the amount we are told about it lol. Hopefully she tells her club or cult about us too 🙏. But she's awesome. 

Our other friend is named Cassie whose date is June 28th. She’s also so cool. She has agreed with every aspect thus far and we are excited. Plus she genuinely thinks I'm 6’8 and I will not be the one to correct her anytime soon.  

I was on an exchange with my zone leader this past weekend and we were discussing missionary work, surprisingly enough. He said to me that some missionaries just have the title “missionary”- while others are actually “on a mission”. It was definitely a cool thing to hear. As well as a good reminder of all the work and effort to put in especially as I approach my last few months. 

Well that's all. Nothing too crazy but just a lil check in. Gods good, I'm Good, Red Hat Society is Great. ✌️
