Dear Parents,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that we are closely monitoring the development of a hurricane that is expected to affect our mission area. In an abundance of caution, we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of your missionary.
We are in regular communication with local authorities and Church leadership, and we are prepared to implement our emergency plans as necessary. This may include relocating missionaries to safer areas or taking other protective measures. Every decision we make is done prayerfully and with the guidance of the spirit, knowing that the Lord protects and guides the lives of His servants.
Please rest assured that your missionary's safety is our top priority. We have instructed them on how to prepare and what actions to take if conditions worsen. Additionally we are ensuring that all missionaries have access to the necessary supplies and information to stay secure during this time.
We know that the Lord watches over His missionaries and will continue to guide and protect them as they serve in His name. We are confident in His care and trust in His divine protection.
If there are any significant updates or changes to the situation, we will communicate them to you promptly. In the meantime, please continue to support your missionary with your prayers and faith.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. Your missionaries are a blessing to the work, and we are committed to watching over them with love, diligence, and an abundance of caution.
With sincere appreciation and faith,
President and Sister Trusty
